An elderly gentleman showed up at an emergency hospital after complaining about a bleeding genitalia...
The fork was so firmly lodged inside the man's body that doctors could not initially see the cause of the discomfort, according to the report in The International Journal of Surgery.
However, once it had been located, ‘multiple retrieval methods were contemplated with success achieved via forceps traction and copious lubrication.’

AN UMBILICAL HERNIA PREGNANCY
Umbilical hernias are apparently quite common in Africa but this umbilical hernia was doubly amazing because the woman was also pregnant!
Doctors were called in to examine this young woman. They had never seen a hernia so large:
"It appeared as though the patient had a small watermelon covered in skin attached to the abdomen at the umbilicus. I examined the abdomen. At the top, I felt the bowels moving (peristalsis), but towards the bottom, there was a hard mass. It was not one distinct mass…and it moved. But the movements were not peristalsis…they were fetal movements. She was pregnant and likely 20 weeks along." - haunsinafrica.com/
