STRUCTURES: LEAPrus NEW ALPINE STATION ON MOUNT ELBRUS, RUSSIA



Italian architects LEAPfactory's recently constructed new energy-efficient hotel on the southern glacier of Mount Elbrus, in Russia's Caucasus mountain range was the result of their aim to redefine the culture of dwelling, of workplace and of life.  This gives a whole new meaning to the phrase - living the high life!

COOL: ABANDON HOUSE TRANSFORMS INTO OPEN-AIR THEATRE

Now this is one cool design and an old salvaged house put to great use thanks to American Artist Matthew Mazzotta, who teamed up with the Coleman Center for the Arts, (CCA), and the people of York Alabama to create this unique, one-of-a-kind open-air theathre for a 100 folks!

After everyone salvaged as much as they could from the original abandoned house, it was then burnt to the ground and started anew.
